Although this role is primarily personal lines, if you happen to have commercial or farm insurance experience, we would love that, as we are looking to grow our commercial book as well.

This role will be hybrid (2 days at home, 3 days in the office

**So, What Will You Spend Your Days Doing?**

Working as part of a team, actively service, maintain and grow our personal lines book of business. More specifically:

- Manage all aspects of the customer life cycle from quote to renewal, endorsements, remarket and cancellations.
- Conduct detailed reviews of risk and underwriting information to ensure accuracy and optimal insurance solutions for your clients; they are looking to you to be their trusted advisor to make sure they have the right protection for their unique needs.
- Diligent follow up on clients’ accounts to ensure outstanding activities are resolved and clients have the coverages they need.
- Service our personal lines book with the opportunity to help grow it through things like referrals, cross / upsell.
- Take new claim reports, help clients navigate through this process with empathy, and submit them to the insurance carrier

**QUALIFICATIONS**
- Must be RIBO licensed or must be willing to obtain it within the first 6 months.
- Minimum 1 year Personal Lines experience.
- Remain current and develop expertise in assigned markets, staying open to new market opportunities.
- Working knowledge of PowerBroker & Applied Rating Services is an asset.
