Video Producer

BBTV seeks a goal-oriented and creative Video Producer with experience in the production of internet video content from planning and execution, post production to publishing. The individual will be a motivated self-starter with confidence in their creative instincts and familiarity with the online video landscape, especially YouTube. In this position, you will drive projects and collaborate with team members within an environment that allows the freedom to try new things. Our Content Management team works with some of the largest media companies and sports leagues in the world including household names like the NBA, Sony, Paramount, Fremantle Media, and other notable entertainment enterprise to help them manage and grow their audiences through both fan upload content and their official channels, on video platforms such as YouTube. We are looking for someone who shares our creative vision and who will grow with the company delivering high-quality engaging video content on a daily and weekly basis to our audiences.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop video compilations re-imagining existing IP from popular entertainment franchises
- Oversee and drive the successful completion of video projects in collaboration with editors
- Assisting in the creation and refinement of scripts, project concepts, and other materials
- Script, storyboard, paper edit and select optimal forms of media for projects
- Work independently, as well as part of a team that includes the Senior Producer and Associate Producers, to establish project deliverables
- Conceptualize content ideas independently and contribute to team brainstorms
- Create outlines for edits; update project status regularly
- Provide ongoing feedback on other team content
- Conceptualize initial tile formatting and thumbnails, provide insight and direction throughout the iterative process, and approve final product
- Collaborate with Video Team to improve the quality of our video output and streamline our pre, post and production processes

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 3 years experience producing digital video content
- In-depth knowledge of video production processes and activities
- Proven ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Able to collaborate within a production team
- Calm under pressure and comfortable with a fast-paced work environment
- Problem-solving skills, deadline-focused, and goal-driven
- Meticulous in their work with high standards of excellence
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Confident, passionate, and professional
- Strong project organization
- Creative and driven, with proven experience owning productions from start to finish
- Must be able to share a reel, portfolio, and/or collection of prior work relevant to this position demonstrating your skill as a producer
- Ability to share 3 samples of work you’ve created/produced/edited, indicating your role in the production process
