We'd love to have you on board Eddyfi Technologies is looking for a Warehouse Coordinator, Electronic Unit to join our Warehouse team. **Your daily life**: As a key member of the team, you will be responsible to perform operations management functions, from reception to distribution of products. You will be responsible for maintaining inventory levels, collaborating with suppliers, planning, and supporting your team. **In this role, you will**: - Communicate with the planning department to monitor the launch of work and identify missing components; - In collaboration with the inventory management technician, search for required parts in work release orders, in the event of inventory overruns; - Attend daily meetings of the electronic production team; - Coordinate the team in the allocation and distribution of daily tasks, as well as the management of priorities according to emergencies; - Check the electronic kanban board to validate what needs to be filled in and completed; - Request project priorities from the planning department when necessary, and identify bins that cannot be filled due to missing parts; - In collaboration with the Technician, Stock Management, supervise the work of the team to maintain the integrity of the inventory; - Count missing cases in the kanban and submit a request to retrieve missing products from the external warehouse; - Verify the presence of other missing products in projects, which need to be retrieved from the external warehouse, then forward these requests to the person in charge; - Support e-store employees in their daily tasks; - Develop the position, in line with new internal requests and company objectives, while leading the team accordingly. **What We’re Looking For**: - You have a diploma in professional studies (D.E.P.) or a high school diploma (D.E.S.) with experience; - You have 0 to 3 years of relevant experience; - You have knowledge of inventory management; - You are familiar with all the processes and tasks involved in the position of warehouse clerk; - You have good organizational skills; - You show initiative and have the ability to structure a team; - You have excellent time and priority management skills. **You Will Be Offered**: - Flexible working hours; - New workspaces in an illuminated and modern working environment; - Three weeks minimum vacation upon hiring; - Five paid holidays (in addition to statutory holidays) during the close of business for the holiday season; - Five floating holidays per year; - Group insurance and a competitive RRSP program; - An on-site gym with fun "trainings" or yoga at lunchtime; - Catering service at affordable prices with employer contributions; - Reimbursement of contributions to a professional order; - Parking and electrical terminals; - Free coffee; - Entertaining activities organized regularly by the Social Club.
