**Main Responsibilities**:

- Be responsible for the management of the warehouse
- Receive the material physically
- Receive the material in the IT system
- Perform inventory management by counting cycle
- Have the overstock goods on the shelves by storage location
- Assemble customer orders and package goods for shipment or pickup (boxes and pallets)
- Run and print shippable ORD and transport ORD reports and others reports when needed
- Review merchandise and pick-up orders and communicate with customers for follow-up
- Update delivery dates in the system and notify customers of changes
- Prepare delivery “packing slip”
- Coordinate deliveries with the carrier
- Perform maintenance of storage areas
- Conduct the cleaning of the offices
- Ensure safe access of the location (snow removal, icing, etc.)
- Support the assembler in the control panel mounting, electrical filing and Vav Box mounting

**Requirements**:

- Highschool Degree completed
- Minimum 5 years of experience
- Be able to communication in French
- Knowledge of electricity, an asset
- Driving a forklift, an asset
- Good knowledge of the current office software
