**Who We’re Looking For**

**Responsibilities**

Cuts and trims grass in areas such as greens, fairways, roughs and lawns.

Rakes, weeds and grooms bunkers.

Applies fertilizers.

Moves holes and tee blocks.

Cleans and fuels equipment.

Performs general tasks such as removing debris from the course and cleaning the shop.

Planting, weeding, cultivating and watering of the Club gardens.

Applies seed and top dressing to areas where the turf has been damaged.

Remove old grass and replace with sod to repair damaged areas.

Maintains and repairs course buildings, irrigation system, bridges, benches, ball washers and other course facilities and equipment.

Assists with the training of new employees.

Complies with Club policies and procedures

Performs other tasks as assigned by management.

**Qualifications**

Previous golf course, landscape, agriculture or horticulture experience would be preferred but not necessary.

Knowledge of safe, efficient mechanical operation of tractors and other motorized equipment.

Mechanical aptitude.

Ability to follow oral and written directions.

Possession of a valid driver's license preferred.

**Compensation & Benefits**

Hourly compensation from $18.00-$19.00 per hour

We offer a high level of flexibility in scheduling including hours per week, days off, etc.

Access to golfing privileges under direction from the Golf Shop.

**Schedule**:
Full-Time & University Positions: Monday to Friday, 6 AM - 2 PM, plus one weekend day, 5:30 AM - 8:30 AM.

Part-Time Positions: Three 5-hour weekday shifts, with the possibility of one weekend shift.

High-School Positions: Weekends in March and April, then four weekday shifts, 6 AM - 11 AM, in July and August.
