Position Overview:
Grand Valley Golf is looking for a Starter/Marshal to join our team for the 2025 golf season (present to October). This role is essential in ensuring a smooth flow of play and an enjoyable experience for all golfers.

**Responsibilities**:

- Ensure that players tee off as scheduled according to the tee sheet.
- Monitor and maintain an acceptable pace of play to enhance the golfer experience.
- Provide friendly and professional customer service to all golfers.
- Assist in course management by communicating with staff regarding slow play or any course-related issues.

Qualifications:

- Ability to work effectively within a team environment.
- Quick learner with strong problem-solving skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Enjoys working outdoors.

Additional Details:

- Seasonal position until October.
- Must be available to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
