**What we’ll love about you**:

- Previous experience working in a tool crib or similar environment is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to maintain accurate records and manage inventory.
- Knowledge of tools and equipment commonly used in the construction industry.
- Familiarity with computerized inventory systems and basic computer skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively and work collaboratively with various departments.
- Attention to detail and ability to identify tool-related issues, damages, and defects.
- Basic knowledge of tool maintenance and minor repairs.
- Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy tools and equipment.
- Strong commitment to workplace safety and adherence to safety protocols.

**What you’ll work on**:
As a Tool Crib Manager at Steelcon, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining the tool crib, ensuring that tools and equipment are properly stored, issued, and accounted for. This role involves organizing inventory, monitoring tool availability, and providing support to employees with tool-related needs. The Tooling Administrator is an essential part of ensuring that tools are readily available, in good condition, and properly maintained.

**Shift**:
We are actively hiring for the Day shift, working 44 hours per week.

Monday to Thursday, 6:30am to 4:45 pm. Friday, 6:30am to 11:30am
