**Your Impact & Contributions**:

- Lead vulnerability remediation initiatives to enhance database security and stability
- Drive implementation of best practices for Oracle Database Production servers
- Design and implement innovative database solutions aligned with business requirements
- Mentor junior team members while maintaining 24/7 operational excellence
- Spearhead root cause analysis for critical incidents, ensuring mínimal system disruption
- Develop and maintain SOPs that enhance operational efficiency

**What You Bring to Succeed**:

- Proven experience with Oracle EBS 12.2 administration and ADOP patching
- Expert-level knowledge in EBS cloning and concurrent manager processing
- Demonstrated success in performance tuning of databases and EBS
- Strong background in RMAN backup/recovery and WebLogic administration
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Track record of resolving complex database challenges in enterprise environments
- Excellence in forms/web troubleshooting and system optimization
