_**Responsibilities**:_

The Licensing, Insurance and Fuel / Security Card Management Administrator is responsible for managing the day-to-day administrative functions related to Tractor and Trailer asset licensing, insurance, and Fuel / Security Card Management for The Vedder Transportation Group
- **Key Duties**:_
- **Truck and Trailer licensing for the Vedder Transportation Group trucking divisions**:

- Set-Up of New Units
- License Plate Management (Lost / Missing Plates)
- Transponder Management
- Renewal Process of all Fleets
- **Administration of licensing booklets for the Vedder Transportation Group trucking divisions**:

- Set-Up of New Units
- Maintenance/ Replacement of booklets as necessary
- **Tractor and Trailer Permitting Management**:

- Annual Permit Renewals as required
- Single Use Permits as required
- **Prorate Management - Tractor Units**:

- **ACE / ACI Tractor and Trailer Portal Management**:

- **Incident Equipment File Processing**:

- Coordinating Inspection of equipment
- Retrieving Quotes for Repairs
- Obtaining proper approval for repairs
- Booking Repairs
- **TMW Tractor and Trailer Management**:

- Set-Up of New Equipment
- Deactivation of Retired Equipment
- **Maintenance of Tractor and Trailer Expirations**:

- Owner Operator Monthly Maintenance
- Tractor / Trailer CVI’s
- Flour Trailer Wash Schedule
- **Fuel / Security Card Management**:

- Tractor Fuel Card Management
- Fuel Invoice Preparation for M6 Safety
- Monthly Fuel Tax Preparations (Specific US States)
- Quarterly Fuel Tax Preparations (IFTA and Specific US States)
- Carbon Tax Returns - Filed Quarterly
- Security Card Management - All Employees

Pay: From $56,000.00 per year
