_We are one of Western Canada’s most aggressive and vertically integrated group of Companies, currently recruiting for a Junior Operations Manager opportunity at our Sherwood Park Corporate Office._
- Our group is compromised of building supply yards, steel roofing & siding manufacturing and engineered steel building manufacturing. We are a dynamic group of companies with exponential growth and change potential._

- **Duties and Responsibilities**:_
- _Work with other departments to ensure that all operational processes are running smoothly and efficiently_
- _Develop, implement and maintain quality assurance protocols_
- _Assist in the development and implementation of new policies and procedures as needed_
- _Monitor compliance with all internal and external regulations_
- _Maintain accurate records of all operational activities_
- _Generate regular reports on operational performance and submit to senior management_
- _Identify areas of improvement and recommend solutions to optimize efficiency_
- _Handle escalated issues and complaints as needed_
- _Lead, motivate and support a large team within a time-sensitive and demanding environment_
- _Work closely with the Health & Safety department to ensure that activities remain compliant_
- _Ensure a positive Health & Safety Mindset for all employees_
- **Required Skills and qualifications**:_
- _Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in operations management, business administration, or related field_
- _Excellent communication skills_
- _Leadership ability_
- _Outstanding organizational skills_
- _Two or more years of proven success in an operations management role_
- _Strong skills in budget development and oversight_
- _Excellent ability to delegate responsibilities while maintaining organizational control of branch operations and customer service_
- _Proficiency in conflict management and business negotiation processes_

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $60,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
