We are seeking a Client Service Assistant to join our team in Laval.
As the Client Service Assistant, you will be a part of a dynamic team, that provides an exceptional client experience for Group Insurance clients. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting Plan Administrators and Plan Members with the completion of member enrolments and changes and plan updates, as required. As a technically savvy individual, you will provide administrative support to the Client Service Specialists through the completion of Portal Updates, written communications and other adhoc duties.
**The Client Service Assistant will**:

- Handle incoming and outgoing mail for the client service team.
- File enrolments and member change requests as appropriate.
- Written communications and letters to Plan Members and Plan Sponsors.
- Support the month end billing cycle.
- Data entry.
- Adhoc duties as required.

**T**o be successful **as a **Client Service Assistant **with People Corporation, you will need**:

- 2 years of group insurance experience.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel & Outlook.
- Fluency in French and English languages.
- Group insurance industry experience.
