**Account Manager - Job Description**

Location: Vancouver, BC (Remote)

**About the Company**:
White Ash Group has been engaged by a fully licensed Cannabis company to recruit for their next Account Manager - BC.

The company operates five lines of business servicing the domestic and global cannabis industry including: wholesale product distribution, a consumer brands portfolio, a medical marketplace, a full-service medical cannabis clinic, and a retail “farm-gate” store.

The Account Manager will be responsible for maximizing volume and share of market in their territory. Key duties include achievement of sales objectives, educating both consumers and retailers, and being the mastery of internal CRM reporting. Relationship building is essential in this role.

**Responsibilities**:

- Represent and promote the company's products within retail industry
- This position requires up to 25% travel within the province of BC. Travel may be required for client meetings, industry conferences, site visits, and training sessions.
- Create brand awareness and community engagement within given territory and establish rapport with key target consumer
- Seek new opportunities to increase brand exposure and volume
- Identify new distribution opportunities and build partnerships that maximize profitable share and volume through distribution, visibility, and service
- Execute marketing initiatives and leverage them into gain on-going sales that would increase brand shelf presence in retail stores
- Effectively manage your given territory, ensuring all administration records and information is up to date and documented in CRM platform
- Conduct programs with key stakeholders and customers at current locations
- Developing project specific proposals and sales budget targets based on client profile
- Build and develop relationships with managers and staff at each assigned retail location
- Collaborate with the Sales Manager in planning sales activities and setting sales goals for assigned districts

**Must Have**:

- Proven track record working remotely and independently with 3+ years sales experience
- Clear passion for and solid understanding of cannabis and cannabis-based products
- College Diploma or University Degree is required
- Strong technology skills and proficiency in using Microsoft 365 suite (Teams, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word) is considered an asset
- Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to articulate our value proposition effectively to retailers, partners, and consumers, and speak confidently about the products and promotions. You alleviate confusion—not cause it.
- Valid G class driver’s license and must have full time access to a vehicle

Pay: $55,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
