**Job Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Manage day-to-day operations of the store, including sales, customer service, and staff supervision in addition to contributing to kitchen Prep work and all aspects of running the Restaurant.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Monitor inventory levels and order products as needed
- Drive sales performance through effective merchandising and promotional strategies
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve any customer complaints or issues
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in the restaurant business (Minumum 4-year experience)
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Organizational skills to manage multiple priorities effectively
- Bilingual or multilingual proficiency is a plus
- Ability to drive sales and meet store targets

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $15.50-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 42 per week
