**Your contribution**
Reporting to the Manager, IT Solutions Delivery, you will be responsible for the development and management of Oracle Fusion ERP procurement modules. You will play a key role in transforming business needs into innovative solutions and providing functional support to users. Your expertise will contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and the dissemination of best practices within the organization.
**Your day-to-day**
- Oracle Fusion ERP evolution: Manage procurement modules, define the vision with stakeholders, and plan projects.
- Analysis and documentation: Understand internal customers' business needs and transform them into business solutions with Oracle Fusion.
- Configuration and customization: Configure and customize Oracle Fusion modules according to specific requirements.
- Business opportunities: Identify priority and realistic opportunities, assess complexity, requirements, risk, and dependencies.
- Change agent: Facilitate customer adoption of new concepts and regulations.
- Best practices: Disseminate best practices, identify value-added solutions, and lead their deployment.
- Deployment and commissioning: Lead the deployment and commissioning of functional changes.
- Support and mentoring: Provide expert support and coaching services for IT process activities.
- Planning and management: Participate in planning and managing departmental priorities.
- Development and expertise: Represent an authority on expertise and ensure development in line with new industry trends.
**Your skills, our requirements**
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in ERP systems management or in a similar position.
- Oracle Fusion certification (an asset).
- Certification in business analysis or CPA (an asset).
- Demonstrates in-depth knowledge of integrated enterprise systems (Oracle Fusion ERP and other Oracle Cloud products).
- Understanding of the IT systems development cycle.
- Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills, time management, and sense of priorities.
- Results-oriented, good problem-solving skills, and ability to simplify processes.
- Customer-oriented with experience in business analysis, requirements gathering, and translating them into system solutions.
- Have participated in ERP implementation projects and/or already managed projects—both traditional and agile approaches are an asset.
- Have worked with teams in Information Technology, Human Resources, Procurement, or Accounting.
- Proven experience with Oracle Fusion (Finance, SCM, HCM, EPM).
- Bilingualism (French and English, written and spoken) is required to ensure collaboration with different stakeholders outside of Québec on a regular basis. Knowledge of Spanish is an asset.

**Additional considerations**
- The position can be based in the company's Longueuil (Quebec) headquarters, steps away from the Longueuil-Université de Sherbrooke metro station.
- Ability to participate in critical incident resolution outside of business hours.
- This position is a P4 level.
