**Key Responsibilities**

As a key part of the Motivation Monday Marketing team, you will:
**Google Ads Expertise**
- **Search Ads**: Develop and optimize keyword-driven campaigns to capture leads and drive conversions.
- **Pay-Per-Click (PPC) Ads**: Execute targeted campaigns to maximize ROI through strategic budget and audience targeting.
- **Display Ads**: Create visually engaging campaigns to increase awareness and click-through rates on Google’s Display Network.
- **Google Shopping Ads**: Manage product listings to boost visibility and sales on Google Shopping.

**Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Advertising**
- **Targeted Campaigns**: Build audience-specific strategies that deliver measurable results for B2B and B2C clients.
- **Dynamic Ads**: Create ads tailored to customer behavior and intent, improving relevance and engagement.

**LinkedIn Advertising**
- **B2B Lead Generation**: Develop campaigns targeting professionals and decision-makers to enhance clients’ sales pipelines.
- **Sponsored Content**: Craft compelling posts and ads to boost engagement with niche audiences.

**Technical Marketing Integration**
- **CRM Setup and Integration**: Work with CRM platforms to streamline workflows, manage leads, and track campaign performance.
- **Remarketing Campaigns**: Develop and implement strategies to re-engage prospects and past customers across channels.

**Campaign Performance and Reporting**
- **Analytics and Optimization**: Leverage tools like Google Analytics and platform dashboards to monitor and optimize campaigns.
- **A/B Testing**: Conduct tests on creatives, audiences, and bidding strategies to identify the most effective approach.
- **Client Reporting**: Deliver actionable insights and detailed reports to highlight successes and opportunities.

**Qualifications**
- Proven expertise in **Google Ads** (Search, Display, PPC, Shopping).
- Proficiency in **Meta Ads** (Facebook and Instagram).
- Advanced knowledge of **LinkedIn Advertising** for lead generation and engagement.
- Strong experience with CRM platforms for marketing and lead tracking.
- Familiarity with tools like **Google Analytics**, **Tag Manager**, and other marketing platforms.
- Exceptional attention to detail in campaign setup, targeting, and reporting.
