We are currently hiring individuals who are interested in working on rooftops and in-build projects within the GTA

**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Climbing steel structures to remove, install and maintain telecommunications equipment
- Installation of structual steel mounts
- Installation of cable trays and conduits
- Installation of cabling including: RF, DC, Fibre Optics, CAT 6
- Termination of cabling including: RF,DC,Fibre Optics, CAT6
- Testing/troubleshooting of antenna systems (Sweep, PIM, OTDR testing)
- Antenna alignment
- General construction activities

**Skills/ Requirements**
- Comfortable working at heights
- Able to lift and carry heavy loads
- Willing to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Ability to read and understand construction drawings
- Experience with power tools
- Experience with hand tools
- Valid drivers license
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Good working knowledge of safe construction practices

**Additional Qualifications**
- Working at heights training/certificate
- First Aid/CPR training/certificate
- Comfortable towing a trailer
- Experience with multiple wireless carriers

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $20.00-$28.00 per hour

- 10 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Overtime

Supplemental pay types:

- Overtime pay

COVID-19 considerations:
All necessary PPE is provided for all employees. Provided PPE includes: masks, gloves, safety glasses and disinfectant. Additional precautions have been taken at the shop including: rapid testing, regular disinfecting/cleaning and social distancing.

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Oshawa, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- telecommunication: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (required)

Licence/Certification:

- Class G Licence (required)
