JR Capital Contracting is looking for Full-Time Foreman / Experience Telecommunications Installers who are looking for a challenging and rewarding opportunity.

**This position is responsible for, but not limited to, the following**:

- Inspect, supervise, and participate in the work being performed by crew members, which includes:

- Installation of cable and cable tray
- Installation of antennas and RRU’s
- Assembly of steel antenna mounts
- Read customer drawings/blueprints and execute scope of work per the customer's specifications
- Plan daily project deliverables to meet deadlines
- Perform Anritsu Sweep Testing
- Mentor, coach and correct team members as necessary
- Engage crew members and drive project schedules
- Other duties as assigned

**Job Requirements & Experience**:

- Minimum 3 - 4 years of Foreman or Crew Lead
- Minimum 3 - 4 years of climbing experience
- Working at Heights Certification
- Covid-19 vaccination
- Must have:

- experience interacting with customers and problem resolution
- a valid criminal background check upon hiring
- excellent organizational and administrative skills
- effective written and oral communication skills
- the ability to multi-task and maintain composure in stressful and demanding work environment

Please note that our current work schedule is Monday to Thursday, with Fridays and Weekends as required. Out of town work may be as required on occasion.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: $28.00-$32.00 per hour

- telecommunication: 3 years (required)

**Language**:

- Fluent English (required)

Licence/Certification:

- Class G Licence (required)
- Level 4 OPP Clearance (preferred)
