Basilico Pizza and Pasta is seeking a skilled and passionate Pizzaiolo to join our culinary team. As a Pizzaiolo, you will play a key role in creating and delivering our authentic Italian pizzas that are the highlight of our menu. **Responsibilities**:

- Prepare pizza dough, ensuring the perfect consistency and texture.
- Hand-stretch dough and skillfully shape it into round, uniform pizza bases.
- Operate pizza ovens and monitor cooking times to achieve optimal results.
- Ensure pizzas are cooked to perfection, with the right balance of flavors and textures.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation, adhering to strict hygiene and food safety standards.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely and efficient production of pizzas during busy periods.
- Assist in inventory management, including monitoring ingredient levels and reporting any shortages or discrepancies.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Pizzaiolo or similar role in a busy kitchen environment.
- Ability to work with speed and precision to deliver high-quality pizzas consistently.
- Strong understanding of food safety and hygiene standards.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
- A passion for Italian cuisine and a dedication to creating exceptional dishes.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to consistently delivering the best possible pizzas.
