Marketing Product Coordinator

**The Opportunity**:
Beechgrove & Leadbetter Foods is on the lookout for a meticulous and organized Product Marketing Coordinator to join our dynamic team. This role will involve supporting product development initiatives, label and packaging design, and print management. You will collaborate closely with various departments, including Sales, Product Development, Regulatory, and Operations. Reporting directly to the Director - Technical Services, you will play a vital role in driving results for Beechgrove and Leadbetter Foods portfolio of brands. **Core Accountabilities**:

- **Packaging Design Support**: Assist in the development and review of packaging designs, ensuring they meet accuracy, regulatory compliance, and brand guidelines. Manage project timelines and secure final approvals.
- **Product Data Management**: Help manage product specifications, ensuring accurate information is provided and that product samples are prepared for imaging
- **Sample Preparation and Management**: Prepare product samples for evaluations, track feedback, and communicate insights and recommendations to relevant teams to support product development and optimization.
- **Project Management Assistance**: Provide updates on project statuses, take meeting minutes, prepare agendas, and track costs to support project execution.
- **Consumer Inquiries Coordination**: Act as a liaison between cross-functional teams regarding product inquiries.
- **New Product Support**: Assist in completing New Product Request forms, ensuring all necessary details, specifications, and updates are accurately captured and aligned with project goals.
- **Industry Trends Awareness**: Stay informed about the ever-changing Canadian flavour market and product innovations.
- **Additional Duties**: Take on special projects and responsibilities as required.

**What you will bring**:

- Post-secondary education in marketing, food science, or a related field preferred.
- Energetic self-starter with exceptional time management and organizational skills, and a keen eye for detail.
- Experience in graphic design, print production, and consumer packaged goods is advantageous.
- Minimum of 2 years in product marketing, preferably within the CPG sector.
- Ability to interpret and manage product specifications, including ingredients and packaging.
- Proficient in MS Office and various Adobe products.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel as needed.
- Willingness to work overtime when required.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $50,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
