**What We Are Seeking**:
**Your Role**:

- Perform content updates via the website content management system.
- Audit and maintain trade association membership privileges.
- Assist with trade association-specific marketing campaigns.
- Coordinate marketing requests from the sales department and monitor MS Planner for project updates, marketing requests, and additions.
- Manage campaign deadlines, run dates, and budget updates.
- Lead management and contact record updates in Salesforce.
- LinkedIn - populate Hootsuite with post photos and photo credits.
- Assist with digital asset management and photo procurement.
- Assist with the preparation of the agenda and content for the monthly Marketing & Sales Meeting.
- Assist with all aspects of in-person and virtual tradeshow exhibit execution.
- Book CAST CONNEX exhibits at tradeshows and conferences, putting in place all technical items needed, and making payments and registrations on time.
- Book freight carriers to deliver our tradeshow crates to and from the venues to ensure they deliver and pick up on time.
- Materials shipping and handling assistance.
- Expense management in Expensify and general invoice management and submission.
- Coordination of direct-mail campaign execution (list management, asset production, and distribution).
- Prepare ad copy for French translations.
- Internal and external ad hoc requests.

**Knowledge/Skills**:

- Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, etc.
- Working knowledge of marketing, communications principles, and graphic design.
- Time management skills with an ability to coordinate multiple projects with various deadlines.
- Strong organizational skills with an ability to keep up with various team projects.
- Keen attention to detail to ensure all team specifications are met and free of any errors.
- Ability to share ideas and work as part of a team to bring marketing ideas to fruition.
- Ability to work with several different stakeholders to get a job done.
- Flexible and able to switch between projects and pivot quickly should requirements change.
- Collaborative team player.
- Able to give and receive constructive criticism.
- Experience or interest in videography, and photography is considered an asset.
- Open to increasing levels of responsibility and accountability.

**Academic/Professional Requirements**:

- Certificate or post-secondary designation related to communications and or marketing.
- Experience providing marketing administration and support in a business environment.

**Remuneration**: Base salary with review periods for growth, Benefits after 3 months + HSA/WSA yearly spending account.

**Office Location**: This is a hybrid position. Our office is located at 100 Consilium Pl, Scarborough, ON.

**Salary**: $52,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
