Client Relations Coordinator, Digital at Fan Expo

FAN EXPO HQ hosts nearly 1,000,000 attendees annually and has digital audiences of over 7,000,000. Over the last eighteen months FAN EXPO HQ has acquired multiple event brands and has expanded from three to eleven markets and this role will be integral to support our recent, exciting growth

- Work directly with brand clients to deliver above and beyond, successful campaigns
- Schedule and monitor all digital campaigns running, work with the client to enhance digital campaigns for higher engagement and integrations
- Support sales team during the sales process to craft integrated campaigns, create decks, write proposals
- Manage the sales pitch deck library and own the creation of new sales deck materials
- Manage and create Post Show/Campaign reporting provided to clients
- Develop Win-Win-Win programs for The Client-The Business-The Fans with a focus on long term successful partnerships
- Maintain and demonstrate a true understanding of the client’s needs through high EQ and act as a champion for clients internally
- Work closely with the Account Management team to share key client goals, needs, stakeholders, long term sales goals of the partnership, and more throughout the entire delivery process up to and including post event and post campaign wrap meetings
- Work with the Head of Partnerships to enhance the product and service offering across the portfolio to maintain market leadership.
- This job reports into the NYC based Head of Partnerships. The position is open in the US and Canada.
**Qualifications**:
- 1-3 years working at an event property, media company, or agency in a client facing and support role
- Experience delivering, monitoring, and proactively enhancing client’s digital campaigns to improve client success
- Demonstrable Powerpoint sales deck creation and production ability
- Understanding of experiential and digital media sales process and client success metrics
- Ability to work with prospects and clients to integrate and adapt all programs to align with and excite pop culture audiences
- Proficient in working with an inhouse marketing team
- Self motivated, proactive, attention to detail, and creative problem solving skills
- Ability to work in a matrix structure, thrives on team culture
- Experience with regular Salesforce reporting or similar CRM
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Applications
- Willingness and desire to work flexible hours and travel to events, sales meetings, and passport for potential travel to Canada events
