**Key Responsibilities**
- Oversee the operation of the QC materials testing facility.
- Lead in-house materials testing and design.
- Execute and improve the Fowler Quality Management System.
- Provide technical support to Materials Production staff, construction field staff, Managers, and Supervisors.
- Assist in exploration and product development at material sources and production facilities.
- Work with teams to ensure Fowler products and services exceed quality expectations.
- Ensure detailed execution of all work to produce high-quality materials.
- Collaborate with Estimating teams to review technical specifications.
- Effectively communicate with field staff and report internally on quality and production activities.
- Liaise with inspectors, owners’ representatives, enforcement officers, the public, and senior management.
- Support production and field teams in improving cost-effectiveness.
- Conduct in-house training sessions on Quality Control standards.
- Maintain a professional and mature manner.

**Position Requirements**
- Diploma or degree in a technical field.
- Experience in MTO materials testing, including aggregates, asphalt, and asphalt mix design.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Project).
- Strong organizational and analytical skills.
- Clear oral and written communication abilities.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple deadlines, and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong work ethic with the ability to collaborate effectively.
- Self-directed, with mínimal supervision required.
- Valid G driver’s license required.

**Work Conditions**
- Travel to various job sites and locations may be required (company vehicle provided)
