**Overview**
**Duties**
- Develop, write, and maintain comprehensive documentation for projects, processes, and procedures.
- Utilize software tools such as Microsoft Excel and Access to organize data and create reports.
- Present documentation findings and updates to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
- Collaborate with project teams to procure necessary information for documentation purposes.
- Manage document storage and retrieval systems using platforms like SharePoint.
- Maintain databases to ensure all records are up-to-date and easily accessible.
- Implement effective time management strategies to meet project deadlines while maintaining quality standards.
**Requirements**:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Access) with strong writing skills.
- Experience with SharePoint for document management is preferred.
- Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while adhering to deadlines.
- Familiarity with project management principles is a plus.
- Previous experience working with databases is advantageous.
- A keen eye for detail and a commitment to producing high-quality documentation.
