**Job Summary**

**Duties**
- Operate heavy equipment such as forklifts, reach trucks, and order pickers to move materials and products safely within the warehouse.
- Load and unload shipments, ensuring accurate handling of goods to prevent damage.
- Assist in order fulfillment by picking, packing, and preparing products for shipment according to customer specifications.
- Maintain organization within the warehouse by properly storing products and keeping inventory records up-to-date.
- Fabricate or build pallets and other materials as needed for shipping purposes.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of tasks while adhering to safety protocols and operational standards.
- Conduct routine inspections of equipment and report any maintenance needs to supervisors.

**Skills**
- Proficiency in operating heavy equipment including forklifts, reach trucks, and order pickers is essential.
- Experience in warehouse operations, including inventory management and order fulfillment processes.
- Strong ability to load and unload shipments efficiently while adhering to safety guidelines.
- Familiarity with warehouse distribution practices and procedures.
- Capability to fabricate or build necessary materials for shipping operations.
- Excellent attention to detail with strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: $17.20 per hour
