**Overview**
**Duties**
- Manage and coordinate scheduling to dispatch HVAC technicians
- Utilize QuickBooks and Microsoft Office for data entry and tasks.
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly.
- Maintain accurate records through filing and data management systems.
- Operate multi-line phone systems with professionalism, ensuring effective phone etiquette.
- Assist with clerical tasks such as typing, proofreading documents, and organizing office materials.
- Support front desk operations by greeting visitors and managing incoming communications.
- Collaborate with team members to streamline administrative processes within the office.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience in an administrative role preferred but not essential
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, Microsoft Office Suite preferred.
- Strong computer skills with a focus on data entry accuracy.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Exceptional customer support skills with a friendly demeanor.
- Experience with clerical duties including filing, typing, and proofreading documents
Pay: $20.00-$30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
