We are seeking a part time Kennel Receptionist to join our team In this position, you will help with dog intake, organize paperwork, input information into the computer system, and help with invoicing and taking payment.

This job offers an opportunity to work directly with our clients and their dogs. A passion and love for dogs of all kinds is a must

Hours are Saturday and Sunday morning 7:30 am to ~11 am.

All staff members must have a reliable method of transportation as public transit is not available in our area.

Job Responsibilities:

- Creating invoices and taking payment
- Listing, labelling, and storing dogs' belongings
- Inputting information into the computer system
- Maintaining positive client relationships by being friendly, warm, and welcoming while performing detailed check-ins and check-outs.
- Basic pet handling (greeting dogs and owners, walking dogs, etc.)

Qualifications:

- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Ability to perform all job duties to a high standard in a safe and responsible manner
- Computer skills
- Strong attention to detail

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: From $17.20 per hour

Expected hours: 8 - 12 per week

Flexible language requirement:

- French not required

- Every Weekend
