Miller Maintenance proudly provides maintenance services on maintenance contracts for the Ministry of Transportation throughout the province of Ontario. **As a Winter Clerk, You Will**:

- Timely and accurate completion of winter documentation including driver timesheets
- Monitoring of Winter Plow Units on GPS as required
- Assist in dispatching winter works units and monitoring radio to answer driver calls during winter operations to ensure compliance
- Coordination and filing of paperwork and reports
- Assisting Patrol Supervisor with documentation, as required
- Other general office and administrative duties as assigned

**What You'll Bring**:

- Construction/highway maintenance experience an asset
- Previous experience in the administration or clerical field is an asset
- Proficient in Microsoft Office programs, including Outlook, Excel, and Word.
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Willingness to learn
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work in a team environment with mínimal supervision
- Ability to work various shifts based on winter weather. Ability to be on-site in the dispatch office during winter events.
