MHIRJ is seeking a **Field Service Representative,** who is smart, curious and loves the challenge of solving problems that improve people’s lives. - The Field Service Representative (FSR) must be a highly motivated professional providing guidance, coaching and expertise to ensure our operators integrate MHI RJ Aviation aircraft into their fleet efficiently, safely and economically.
- The FSR is required to assist the operator in becoming self-reliant and must ensure the operator is both knowledgeable and conversant with the aircraft and the available MHI RJ Aviation support network.

**As a Field Service Representative (FSR), you may be required to**:

- Act as a technical advisor to the Operator. Provide timely technical support and procedural information as required. Helps troubleshoot when the operator's staff is unsuccessful in resolving faults, while simultaneously teaching and advising the operator's staff on proven methods of fault resolution.
- Interact with, strategically plan with, and provide support to all levels of the operator's organization, including but not limited to CEO/COO, VPs, Directors, and various levels of the operational staff.
- Follow up with the operator on Commercial issues such as outstanding accounts receivable, delinquent payments, and other non-technical matters.
- Promote MHI RJ Aviation's products and services to increase revenue.
- Assume the role of the MHI RJ Aviation on site focal in all facets of the aircraft operation with the operator.
- Ensure the customer has a high level of knowledge regarding the MHI RJ Aviation Customer Services and Support network. For example spares, sales, airworthiness and flight safety functions, etc.
- Support all MHI RJ Aviation teams (Sales and Marketing, In Service Engineering etc.) as required in order to ensure the most effective and efficient customer service level is maintained.
- Influence and promote to the operator any and all actions recommended by MHI RJ Aviation to help obtain the optimal performance levels and satisfaction with our products, including modifications, spare parts, ground support equipment, service bulletins and repairs.
- Provide factual, concise, and value added reports to both the Operator and MHI RJ Aviation on an as required basis.
- Advise the operator how best to utilize the aircraft efficiently, including monitoring and understanding reliability data and providing recommendations on internal process improvements that may optimize aircraft operations and increase fleet reliability.
- Required to lead and/or support MHI RJ Aviation field parties or start up teams as they carry out modification retrofits, product improvement installations, and damage repairs at the customer's facility.
- Identify areas of the customer's operation or procedures with the potential for improved efficiencies and provide recommendations as related to the operation of MHI RJ Aviation aircraft.
- Be available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to assist any and all customer issues as required.
- Set priorities and effectively escalate concerns within the Customers organization
- Provide Senior Management with timely updates on the operator's key operational and maintenance concerns and issues, as well as potential solutions for same.
- Keep current on all technical aspects of aircraft in use at the operator including available modifications, manual revisions, service bulletins, and best operational practices.
- Promote the services of both the Mobile Repair Team and Service Centers to operators as needs arise.
- You have a college diploma in Aviation Maintenance, or equivalent and a suitably endorsed Aircraft Maintenance Engineer License or equivalent
