Fluid Power Sales is seeking an **Account Manager**, where you will establish and expand relationships with current and prospective customers, and actively participate in developing new supplier relationships. As the primary knowledge base, you’ll directly impact our customers and the bottom line.

**The primary goal **of Fluid Power Sales Account Managers** is to increase sales. **In this role, you will utilize advanced selling methods to grow business within your territory:

- Seek out and qualify new opportunities.
- Perform market analysis and segmentation.
- Move opportunities through the Sales Funnel.
- Conduct discovery and needs analysis meetings.
- Develop and deliver an opportunity value message.
- Employ the LMO model to determine buying criteria.

**Successful Fluid Power Sales employees**
- Are highly motivated, goal-oriented, and professional.
- Enjoy working independently.
- Have earned a high School Diploma or equivalent. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
