**Role and Company Overview**

We are currently searching for a Product Manager to develop and execute marketing strategies and plans for products in the Covis Pharma Canada Hospital & Specialty Care portfolio. You will lead and implement projects to support assigned products, interfacing with internal and external stakeholders to ensure a high-quality outcome, on strategy, on time, and on budget. Initially, the primary function will be the execution of launch planning and activities for Feraheme (ferumoxytol).

**WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT TO DO IN THE ROLE**:
Reporting to the Senior Director, Hospital & Specialty Care, you will support the development of Canadian marketing strategies, tactical plans, and training for new product/indications. You are responsible for the execution of promotional messaging and materials to drive customer engagement across channels, including but not limited to salesforce, digital media, conferences, and speaker programs. You effectively manage agency relationships and develop processes to prioritize and organize marketing projects across brands. You collaborate with other functional areas to develop accurate, supportable product messages. You oversee the promotional review process (LMR) by managing submissions to support compliant and timely review of promotional materials; ensure compliance in all materials. You assist in the management of the marketing budget including PO, estimate and invoice tracking, assist with monthly accruals and forecasting to ensure alignment with monthly OPEX budget.

You work with our 3rd party partner to maintain CRM environment. You communicate brand strategy, messaging, programs to the Covis Sales Force. You work with Covis field personnel (MSL’s, SAM’s) to ensure execution of brand strategy and use of promotional tools and programs, ensuring alignment and execution expectations are met. You meet with KOL’s to enhance Covis Pharma relationship and engage in the development and execution of educational programs. Lastly, you develop working relationships with key / relevant physician organizations, patient organizations and related stakeholders for relevant therapeutic areas to create sustainable competitive advantage.

**FOR THIS ROLE YOU WILL NEED**:

- Bachelor’s Degree.
- Previous Pharmaceutical industry commercial experience to include role(s) in marketing operations and/or strategy.
- Demonstrated experience in the execution of marketing strategies and tactics for a pharmaceutical brand.
- Previous experience supporting patient support programs is preferred.
- Thrives working with mínimal oversight in both a home-based and office environment (high level of self-motivation, high level of initiative, pushes projects through, proactive)
- Strong collaboration skills and experience working internally with cross-functional teams and externally with agency partners
- Entrepreneurial, decisive, possesses a sense of urgency with the ability and strong desire to “make things happen”
- Demonstrates curiosity and willingness to debate and challenge thinking in a constructive manner. Ability to make course corrections quickly.
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Teams
