Letterbox is a local Toronto pastry and coffee shop specializing in custom lettered doughnuts and other handmade treats. We’re growing and looking for talented people who love both baking and coffee and want to be part of a creative, tight-knit team bringing joy through food.

We’re looking for someone who:

- Has **experience working in a bakery or café environment**:

- Has **barista experience**: making espresso-based drinks, steaming milk, and working with customers
- Has experience **decorating pastries and/or desserts**:

- Is available for **early morning starts** on weekdays or weekends
- Enjoys **experimenting, creating, and multitasking** in a fast-paced setting
- Works well **independently and collaboratively**:

- MUST have a **Food Handlers Certificate**

**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare, bake, and decorate doughnuts and other pastries
- Brew espresso drinks and provide friendly, efficient customer service
- Package and prep baked goods for orders and deliveries
- Prepare dough for the following day and maintain ingredient inventory
- Keep the kitchen and front area **clean, organized, and welcoming**:

- Ensure product quality and presentation meet Letterbox standards
- Capture photos of custom orders and contribute ideas for fun new designs
- Communicate clearly with teammates and notify leads of any issues or low supplies
- Participate in ongoing company projects and creative initiatives
