Automotive Fleet Supervisor

**Job Summary**
**Responsibilities**
- Schedule and review preventative maintenance inspections, monitor repairs, and perform vehicle audits to ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and appearance standards
- Analyze equipment or vehicle system failures, determine root causes, plan, and coordinate necessary repairs with internal and external teams
- Ensure adequate inventory levels of parts, tires, and other necessary items to support business operations
- Adhere to purchasing limits, expense approval procedures, and equipment disposal guidelines to maintain budget compliance
- Review and approve automotive expenses
- Identify employee training needs and develop continuous improvement plans.
- Conduct performance evaluations and resolve individual and group performance issues
**Qualifications**
- Must possess 310T / 310S license
- In-depth knowledge of mechanical fundamentals, maintenance, diagnosis, and repair related to vehicle or aircraft fleet operations
- Proven ability to manage equipment repairs and oversee the resolution of issues with tools, machinery, and other standard technical equipment
- Strong capability to manage inspections, maintain physical assets, and develop working relationships with vendors
