**Daytime Bartender for Fine Dining Restaurant**

We are seeking experienced, highly skilled **Bartenders** who thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment and demonstrate exceptional organization and attention to detail.

At the core of our hospitality, bartenders play a vital role in creating memorable guest experiences through expertly crafted cocktails and warm, professional service.

We’re looking for individuals with a passion for mixology, a strong knowledge of spirits, beer, and wine, and a genuine enthusiasm for engaging with a diverse clientele.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Craft classic, custom, and signature cocktails with precision and consistency
- Provide exceptional service while maintaining a safe, welcoming, and professional bar environment
- Greet guests, share daily specials, and offer thoughtful recommendations based on guest preferences
- Verify customer identification to ensure compliance with age requirements
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of the menu, wine list, beer selection, and spirits offered
- Ensure all beverages and garnishes are prepared and served in accordance with health and safety standards
- Keep the bar clean, organized, and fully stocked at all times
- Uphold company policies and service standards with consistency and professionalism

**Requirements**:

- Previous bartending experience in a fast-paced, upscale restaurant or bar
- Strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wine, and beer
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to multitask effectively and collaborate with both front-of-house and back-of-house teams
- Commitment to delivering elevated guest experiences
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
