As an experienced Server/Bartender at The Heart & Crown, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our guests have an exceptional dining and drinking experience. Your responsibilities will include:

- Greeting and seating guests promptly and courteously.
- Taking food and drink orders accurately and efficiently.
- Serving food and drinks with a high level of attention to detail and professionalism.
- Mixing and serving cocktails and beverages in accordance with our recipes and standards.
- Providing menu recommendations and offering knowledge about our offerings.
- Handling cash and card transactions accurately and responsibly.
- Collaborating with the kitchen and bar staff to ensure efficient service.
- Maintaining a clean and organized work area.
- Anticipating and addressing guest needs to ensure their satisfaction.

**Qualifications**:To be successful in this role, you should meet the following qualifications:

- Minimum of 2 years of server/bartender experience in a high-volume restaurant or bar setting.
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
- Strong knowledge of food and beverage menus.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a positive attitude.
- Knowledge of responsible alcohol service practices.
- Open full-time availability, including evenings and weekends.
