Pour venir intégrer notre cuisine centrale, nous recherchons un(e) **préparateur(e) de cuisine** passionné(e).

Les principales tâches seront de préparer les bases de certains plats, les garnitures, les sirops, les cocktails, les jus, etc.

**3 shifts/semaine à céduler entre le lundi et le vendredi, 14h30-22h30.**

**Compétences requises**:

- Neighborhood pizzeria, Fugazzi Presto (Mile End) and Fugazzi Pizza (Pointe Saint-Charles), from Barroco group, are driven by the love of pizza, hospitality but also music and art. We wanted to create a concept completely different from what we had ever done before. We wanted to create a more accessible and relaxed version than our original pizzeria on Rue Centre in the southwest of Montreal, but unique like each of our establishments._

To join our central kitchen, we are looking for a passionate **Prep Cook**.

The main task will be to prepare the bases of certain dishes, toppings, syrups, cocktails, juices, etc.

**3 shifts/week to schedule between Monday and Friday, 2:30 p.m. to 10:30 p.m.**

**Required skills**:

- 1 year in a cooking environment
