Event Liaison

At SKY Hangar, we take pride in hosting beautiful, unique events. We host everything from corporate events to weddings. Many will incorporate helicopter flights and grand entrances by SKY Helicopters.

We are looking for trustworthy and responsible problem solvers. In the event industry, you must be flexible, assertive and have great communication skills. Must be able to commit to 2-3 shifts per month.

Our liaison schedules are based on how many confirmed events we have each month. Event dates and times are posted 1-3 months in advance and shifts are chosen on a **first-come, first-serve basis**. Employees are paid bi-weekly for hours worked each payment period. Overtime is paid after 8 hour shifts.

We are in need of new team members for many upcoming weekday and weekend events. Available shifts are primarily on weekend. We host events year round, however, our busiest season is from May until September. The following shifts will be offered: 7AM-3PM, 2:30PM-10:30PM and 10:30PM-3:35AM.

Responsibilities and Duties:

- Being punctual for every shift, arriving 15 min early to de-brief.
- Introducing yourself to the client, every vendor, and security guard(s) on-site.
- Operating AV Projectors.
- Operating lighting.
- Completing morning/afternoon/evening task lists during shift.
- Excellent communication/collaborating skills with Sky Helicopters.
- Escorting vendors onto airside property.
- Guiding vendors where they are to park/set up.
- Excellent customer-service skills when communicating with guests/vendors/clients during events and when ending events at agreed upon access time.
- Thoroughly completing closing duties.
- Experience in wedding/event industry or security would be an asset, however, not needed.
