**Job Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Provide accurate information regarding room availability, rates, and hotel amenities.
- Assist guests with modifications or cancellations of existing reservations.
- Maintain an organized record of all bookings and ensure data accuracy in the reservation system.
- Address guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with front desk staff to ensure smooth check-in and check-out processes.
- Uphold high standards of phone etiquette while interacting with guests.
- Stay informed about hotel policies, promotions, and local attractions to provide relevant information to guests.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role is preferred.
- Strong phone etiquette and excellent communication skills are essential.
- Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to cater to diverse clientele.
- Familiarity with hotel operations and front desk procedures is a plus.
- Proficient in using phone systems and reservation software.
- Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
- A positive attitude and a commitment to providing outstanding guest services.

Pay: $16.55-$46.56 per hour
