**The Role**:
As the **Corporate Services Representative,** you will provide administrative support in response to business initiatives across Agricorp. This role supports internal departments and Agricorp employees by coordinating their administrative priorities and needs. In this role, you will:

- Oversee corporate cell phone invoicing and reimbursement.
- Act as the primary fleet vehicle coordinator, interacting with the fleet leasing contractor, manager, regional services, field staff and the corporate insurance broker
- Resolve courier delivery issues, order office supplies and maintain supply cabinets
- Arrange and coordinate all work performed by external contractors
- Assist the Records Management Specialist with records management issues as needed
- Assist with administrative procurement issues as required
- Arrange organizational travel and compliance with Ontario Public Service directives and upon receipt of required approvals.
- Coordinate facility maintenance requests
- Maintain custody and control of corporate credit cards and the facility key lockers
- Increase Agricorp employee awareness of administrative processes, such as office supply ordering procedures and travel booking
- Develop and maintain positive rapport with external vendors, such as Stone Road security and property management staff, and the Ministry of Public & Business Service Delivery, Information Storage and Retrieval division

**Job status**: Permanent Part-time

**Work Status**: In office or hybrid work arrangements are available

**Work hours**: Monday-Friday; 4.25 or 4.5 hours per day

**Location**: Must live in Ontario to perform this role

**Qualifications**:

- ** Community college diploma in office administration or equivalent experience**:

- ** Previous experience in administrative or corporate support services**:

- ** Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)**:

- ** Experience using Adobe products and Great Plains software an asset**:
