**Job Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Manage daily operations of the dental office, including scheduling appointments and overseeing patient flow.
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations, as well as office policies and procedures.
- Supervise and train dental staff, including receptionists and dental assistants, to maintain high standards of patient care.
- Maintain accurate patient records and manage billing processes using dental software **Tracker** as asset
- Coordinate with insurance companies for claims processing and patient inquiries regarding coverage.
- Follow office protocols for patient intake, treatment planning, and follow-up care.
- Assist in marketing efforts to promote the practice and attract new patients.
- Handle patient complaints or concerns with professionalism and empathy.

**Experience**
- Experience with **Tracker** dental management software is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of implants and orthodontics is a plus.

Pay: $22.10-$37.64 per hour

Additional pay:

- Bonus pay

Schedule:

- Evening shift
- Weekends as needed

Work Location: In person
