As the Remeasure and Service Technician with Warehouse Responsibilities, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our business. Your responsibilities will include:

- Conduct remeasures and onsite evaluations to ensure accurate measurements of windows, doors, siding, soffits, fascia and eavestroughs to ensure accurate dimensions for installation.
- Utilize industry-standard tools and equipment to take precise measurements and assess any discrepancies.
- Collaborate with the sales & installation teams to verify measurements and ensure compatibility with chosen products.
- Provide exceptional service to customers, addressing any concerns or issues with professionalism and efficiency.
- Perform service calls to troubleshoot and resolve any issues with existing window and door installations.
- Collaborate with the installation team to coordinate and schedule service appointments.
- Assist with warehouse duties, including receiving and organizing inventory, preparing orders for installation, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
- Uphold company policies and procedures to ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.

**Job Requirements**:

- **Mandatory** minimum experience of 5+ years.
- Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in the renovation or construction industry.
- Strong mathematical skills and the ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with customers and team members.
- Attention to detail and commitment to produce accurate measurements and documentation.
- Valid G class driver's license with clean driving abstract.
- Confident working at heights and on ladders.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $27.00-$35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 - 44 per week
