**Role : Agile Project Manager with Infrastructure experience**

**Location**: Toronto / Mississauga, ON (Hybrid)
**Client**: Insurance Industry

**Job Summary**:
We are seeking an experienced **Agile Project Manager** with a strong background in **infrastructure projects** to lead and manage critical initiatives for our insurance client. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery of IT infrastructure projects within an Agile framework while aligning with the strategic objectives of the insurance sector.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Project Management**:

- Lead end-to-end delivery of IT infrastructure projects, including data center migrations, network upgrades, server deployments, and cloud adoption.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets.
- Coordinate resource allocation, risk management, and status reporting.
- **Agile Facilitation**:

- Act as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach for infrastructure teams, facilitating sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Promote Agile principles and practices to improve collaboration, velocity, and project outcomes.
- **Stakeholder Engagement**:

- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including IT, business units, and vendors, to define project scope and deliverables.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing transparent updates on project progress, risks, and milestones.
- **Infrastructure Expertise**:

- Oversee infrastructure design, implementation, and maintenance activities, ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture and security standards.
- Ensure regulatory compliance and alignment with insurance industry standards, including data privacy and cybersecurity requirements.
- **Process Improvement**:

- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement within project delivery processes.
- Implement best practices for infrastructure project management in an Agile environment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $60.00-$80.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

**Education**:

- Bachelor's Degree (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Project management: 1 year (preferred)
