**Responsibilities**:
**Agile Process Facilitation**: Lead and facilitate Agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, retrospectives, etc.) to keep teams on track and ensure effective collaboration.

**Project Planning**: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, goals, and deliverables. Create and maintain project plans, including sprint backlogs and release schedules.

**Stakeholder Communication**: Maintain clear and open communication with stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status, risks, and issues.

**Team Empowerment**: Empower Agile teams to self-organize and make decisions, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.

**Risk Management**: Identify project risks and issues proactively, and work with the team to develop mitigation and resolution strategies.

**Quality Assurance**: Ensure that Agile teams deliver high-quality software by encouraging and facilitating testing and reviews throughout the development process.

**Metrics and Reporting**: Track and report on project progress, using Agile-specific metrics like velocity and burndown charts to measure team performance and project health.

**Continuous Improvement**: Drive a culture of continuous improvement by identifying and implementing process enhancements based on retrospectives and feedback.

**Budget and Resource Management**: Manage project budgets and allocate resources effectively to achieve project goals within constraints.

**Coaching and Mentoring**:Provide guidance and mentorship to team members and other stakeholders in Agile principles and practices.

**Qualifications**:
Bachelor's degree in a related field (or equivalent work experience).

Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM), or other relevant Agile certifications preferred.

Proven experience managing Agile software development projects from initiation to completion.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.

Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello) and Agile management software.

Experience in a leadership role, coaching and mentoring Agile teams.

**Job Type**: Fixed term contract

**Salary**: $47.52-$61.00 per hour

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Toronto, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Agile Project management: 10 years (required)

Licence/Certification:

- Certified Scrum Master(CSM) (required)
- Professional Scrum Master(PSM) (preferred)
