Wanting to join our exceptional hospitality team? We are currently seeking enthusiastic and motivated part-time casual servers to join our Event Services department.

**Position Overview**

As a Server at RBC Place London (located downtown London, 300 York Street), you will play a vital role in supporting our mission to deliver exceptional guest experiences. This position is centered on providing outstanding food and beverage service while ensuring guests feel valued at every interaction. With a focus on effective communication and seamless execution, you will consistently exceed expectations and uphold our service standards.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Set up and service food and beverages for events, ensuring quality and consistency.
- Engage with guests to enhance their event experience and create memorable moments.
- Follow RBC Place London’s systems and procedures to ensure smooth operations and client satisfaction.

**Job Skills and Requirements**
- A positive attitude with excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- The ability to obtain Smart Serve Ontario Certification (new certifications are eligible for reimbursement after 6 months of service).
- Flexibility with working hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Physical capability to perform tasks such as lifting, carrying, and moving supplies/equipment

**Total Compensation**

Hourly Start Rate: $18.66

After 400 Hours Worked: $20.26

Benefits: Employee Assistance Program, Parking, Voluntary enrolment in the Ontario Municipal Employee Retirement System (OMERS) pension plan
