**About us**:
My name is Cole Richardson, I'm a fourth year student at the University of Toronto. This is our 2nd year running this business, with the support of studentworks and the amazing team we've built so far, we're on track to triple the size of our business this year. Aside from working hard and having a great time, we believe team culture and access to a wide network of young entrepreneurs is an essential part to any successful business.

Tripling the size of out business in only a year is not an easy feat. In order to make this goal a reality we're looking to add a few last hard working and motivated individuals to our team of all-stars.

**About the position**:
This position involves working with a crew partner doing the window cleaning, eaves cleaning, gutter guard installation and pressure washing services as well as marketing and other customer-service duties. Through this role, the people selected for our team learn how to communicate effectively with clientele, complete high-quality projects, build their sales abilities, and how to take on leadership in an organization through promotion opportunities.

**Job Facts**:

- Full time hours May-August (40+ hours per week)
- Work outdoors and with a team
- Promotion opportunities and regular wage increases + tips

- Work at heights of up to 30ft

**Job requirements**:

- **NO experience required**:

- Access to a vehicle is not required, but is an asset
- Coachability

- Must be able to lift 50lbs
