**Overview**
We are seeking dedicated and hardworking individuals to join our team as Laborers. This role is essential in supporting various projects and tasks within our operations that include cutting, cleanups, raking, aeration and more. Laborers will work collaboratively with team members or solo to ensure that all work is completed efficiently and safely, contributing to the overall success of our company

**Duties**
- Perform general labor tasks including cutting, yard cleanups, aerating and more yard maintenance related task.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring all tools and materials are stored properly.
- Follow safety protocols and procedures to minimize risks and ensure a safe working environment.
- Operate basic hand tools and equipment under supervision.
- Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate tasks and report any issues or concerns.

**Experience**
- Previous experience is preferred but not required; we welcome motivated individuals willing to learn.
- Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) and perform physical tasks for extended periods.
- Familiarity with basic hand tools and safety practices is a plus.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and punctuality are essential qualities for success in this position.
- G2 or G driver with a clean record.

Pay: From $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 per week
