We are looking to hire a Manager. As a manager of Chuck's Roadhouse Bar and Grill, your role requires you to -Recruit, train and supervise the team Account for key financials and controls costs Effectively run both FOH and BOH and lead all shifts Manage food quality / standards and inventory control Follows the Chuck's Roadhouse Bar and Grill System Ensure health and safety regulations are followed Provide excellent customer service in representation of the Chuck's Roadhouse brand Schedule team member and monitor their performance Create memorable guest experiences / manage complaints Experience in a management role is a requirement.The overall goal is to set the example for the entire team. Be a role model that sets the tone for the restaurant where customer satisfaction is acknowledged as priority. Deliver an extroverted personality that drives motivation with the entire restaurant and deliver a successful experience for each and every guest who enters the restaurant. **Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: From $18.50 per hour
Expected hours: 35 - 45 per week
