**Administrative/ Medical Office Assistant (MOA)**
**Stó:lō Service Agency (SSA)**requires the services of an Administrative Medical Office Assistant (MOA) to fill a vacancy with the **Health Services Team.** The Administrative MOA will assist with the day-to-day operations and work within a multidisciplinary health team alongside the care team/ professionals in supporting client specific needs and the operations of health services.
**Qualifications (Education/Experience)**:
- Completion of a MOA or related administrative program.
- Direct experience (minimum of 1-2 year) in any or all the tasks cited in the specific duties and responsibilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other computer software and various video conferencing platforms.
- Experience working with Indigenous communities and an understanding of the cultural and political environment and/or possess cultural awareness and sensitivity.
- Demonstrated leadership, team building, analytical, problem-solving, and coordination skills.
- Ability to demonstrate stress management and time management skills.
- Flexibility and demonstrated sound work ethics.
- Ability to maintain a healthy working relationship with staff, community representatives/members and representatives of other organizations.
- Current CPR & AED certification (preferred).
- Must maintain the confidentiality guidelines of all records, materials and communications concerning clients, staff and SSA.
- Must possess and maintain a valid BC Drivers’ License
- Must successfully pass a Criminal Record Check.
**Salary Range**:Starting $25.50 per hour** (based on qualifications/experience).
