**POSITION OVERVIEW**:
As an Experienced Line Cook, you are an essential member of the Cobblestone team, responsible for preparing and executing high-quality dishes for our guests. Your expertise and culinary skills will contribute to maintaining the exceptional dining experience we strive for.

**ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS**:

- Prepare and cook menu items to order, including appetizers, entrees, and desserts, with precision and attention to detail
- Follow established recipes and presentation guidelines, ensuring consistency in flavor and presentation
- Manage your station efficiently, coordinating with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth service
- Monitor food quality and freshness, taking appropriate action to maintain high standards
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, practicing proper food storage and handling techniques
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to continuously improve menu offerings and culinary techniques

**REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE**:

- Proven experience as a Line Cook in a fast-paced restaurant or kitchen
- In-depth knowledge of cooking techniques, ingredients, and food safety standards
- Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple orders simultaneously
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities
- Familiarity with kitchen equipment and proficiency in using kitchen tools

**PREFERRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE**:

- Experience in a high-volume restaurant or pub kitchen
- Culinary certification or formal training in culinary arts
