Our team is dedicated to connecting dealers and distributors with exceptional manufacturers. We prioritize providing unparalleled customer service and being a trusted partner in the hearth products and outdoor heating industry.

We are looking for an order processing specialist. This is a permanent full-time position. You report directly to the office manager in Vancouver, BC, Canada. We are a mid-sized, manufacturer to dealer and retail sales company with several lines of high-end products that we sell around the world. Our retail e-commerce and dealer base are mostly located in North America, Europe, and Australia.

**Responsibilities**
- Work with warehouses and shipping company to arrange delivery timely
- Communicate with customers on orders and products related inquiries
- Process sales orders, waybills, shipment, returns and meet deadline.
- Coordinate with other team members
- Perform other tasks assigned

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 1 year experience in order processing or customer service
- Must possess excellent and professional communication skills in English (verbal and written)
- Superior attention to details
- Experience with warehouses and / or freight companies is preferred.
- Manage time effectively and efficiently, prioritize & execute tasks.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Experience in QuickBooks is an asset.
- Self-motivated, good communication skills with team player attitude
- BC residents only

**How To Apply**

**Salary**: $42,000.00-$48,000.00 per year
