Toromont Material Handling is looking for a Product Support Sales Representative (PSSR) to join our team The PSSR will work alongside our parts, service, and sales representatives in an effort to enhance and grow the level of product support we provide to our customers.

**In a typical day, YOU will**:

- Represent Toromont Material Handling to promote and increase product support sales, sign new Maintenance and Repair contracts, and oversee execution of the present contracts for the target Emerging Markets Major Accounts.
- Work closely our product support teams in product support contract execution.
- Assist in the development of programs to achieve objectives aligned with the department to support Emerging Markets customers and product issues
- Assist and build marketing plans, prospecting plans and closing strategies for new business
- Gather and report on customer feedback to enrich future customer experience
- Support customer’s needs & requests in person and via phone
- Collaborate with customers to reduce the operating cost of their fleet through Repair before Failure, Preventative Maintenance, Predictive Maintenance
- Keep customers and teammates current on new products and offerings; seek opportunities to enrich our product support business with existing customer base
- Participate in workplace safety, environmentally sound, healthy behaviours and objectives at all times in support of Toromont Cat's Health and Safety Policy/Programs and best practices

**Must-haves for this role**:

- Post-secondary education
- Minimum 5 years of experience in product support sales/ B2B Equipment Sales
- Sales minded and excels in customer relations and customer communication
- Analytical thinking skills and strong interpersonal skills
- Able to manage complex situations
- Proficient with the MS Suites
